Meh, you are pretty much paying for just the looks

All the housing is plastic and I was expecting at least a good feeling to the touch but no, they feel like just regular plastic and I'd say the finish on my plastic keyboards was better. The other complain I have about this is that there isn't a lock mechanism, sometimes when I'm moving my duet and the dock, the USB-C ports fall out and it sounds really scary if you are on monitors. Overall paying like 150 dollars just for a cleaner look than the breakout cables. Not worth but there's no other choice anyway.

This is well worth getting if you want to keep your desk tidy! What I really like is that I can have a permanent setup at my desk (that I don’t need to rewire or unplug), and just remove the Duet 3 at anytime, put it in its travel case with the breakout cable, and it’s good to go with minimum fuss. Highly recommend it!
