Zultan 14" Hi-Hat CS Series

My last hihats were Zildjian New Beats. While these had a very nice cutting sound when closed I didn't like the half-open edge sound at all. My budget is limited so I stumbled upon this brand. Took some time listening to vids and clips of all series they had on offer. And finally ordered these.

I was really surprised at the warm, lively yet distinctive sound of this set. They are not extremely loud so can be used in almost any style you like. Well, maybe not metal. But absolutely excellent for pop, funk, jazz, soul and rock.

If in doubt, give 'm a try. I think you won't be disappointed!
