I thought long and hard for a nice compact dual delay pedal. For me there were just a few contenders (BOSS DD200), but the DIG wins without a doubt. The knobs scale very wel and it's really easy to dial in some nice rythms, which can change the vibe in a track (making melodic techno). When the delays interact en you turn up the repeats + mix, this delay pedal comes into reverb territory very easily.
There are some downsides... It would have been nice if they had labeled the secondary functies. Maybe in a lighter grey or something. Maybe they didnt do it for aesthetic reasons, but this thing is meant te be played live, so not being sure what is what...?
Another downside, especially considering it's price, there is no MIDI. Yes there is tap tempo, but when doing a liveset it's a bit annoying to have to tap the tempo again, because it was not the exact BPM the last time.
Despite it's downsides... it just is the best sounding dual delay on the market at this time.
