Startone SBS-75 Baritone Sax

I bought this as my first baritone saxophone. It was priced cheaper than my Yamaha YTS-280 tenor, which in hindsight should have probably alarmed me more.

The sound generated seemed fine with the Yamaha 5C baritone mouthpiece I used on it. The production quality, however, was so bad to me that it ruined my enjoyment of the instrument. The keys under the lefthand pinky felt very flimsy, like they might fall off somewhere in the near future. In some spots there was some sloppy, linty felt used as cushioning material, for example between the 5 pearl key and the pad it closed. Upon opening the case there was also a strong, unpleasant smell. A pro was that it came with a BG cloth to clean the neck/mouthpiece, which wasn't advertised on this website to be included.

My advice would be to save up some more money and buy a baritone sax in the 3000 euro range at least. Only buy this one if you truly don't mind a cheap feeling saxophone.
