Great saddles!

The saddles on my floyd rose special were worn out, so the strings kept flying out when tuning to pitch and were actually quite useless.
That's why I ordered these and they work great!
They're a direct replacement on my floyd rose special and are of a much higher quality zink alloy versus the hardened steel of the schallers.
Installation was easy just remove the old ones and put these in.
I even hear a bit of a sweeter high end with these Schaller saddles and they work great.

So if your strings are slipping out of the saddles and they look worn out just replace them with these and it will probably not happen for a very long time.

Excellent but be warned..

Used to replace FR Special saddles on an EVH standard with the FR Special trem.
Quality and feel all great but they are a different height than the original ones, very roughly 1mm lower. I'm assuming my originals were a non standard height?
This impact of this is I had to raise the trem pivots which means the trem doesn't sit flat on the body. Not a huge deal but changes the feel quite a lot.
I assume this would be no problem on a floating trem.
Could the actual dimensions be included on your page to guide other potential buyers?
In summary, a great product but keep an eye on the measurements if you are updating anything non-standard.

Huge improvement over floyd rose special saddles

Bought these as well as the schaller sustain block to upgrade a floyd rose special. Great quality and a nice tone improvement as well. Ordered more to upgrade my other guitars. If you are fitting new bolts you may find they are tight. It is worth lubricating the bolts first and carefully screwing them in 2 or 3 times.

Nachdem bei meinem Floyd Rose Special die Stringsaddles Abnutzungserscheinungen auftraten und auch noch ein Gewinde vergriesgnadelte, mussten neue Stringsaddles her. Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nur bestätigen.
Von der Höhe her fühlen sich die Dinger ein bisschen anders an, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell.
Würde mir die Dinger definitiv nochmal bestellen.

Einziges Manko, die Schrauben zum feststellen der Intonation sind wesentlich länger, als die bei meinem Floyd Rose Special. Daher musste ich die alten Schrauben verwenden. Naja, gibt schlimmeres.
