I usually buy lavalier stickers made by Rycote, as they keep the mic in place and they leave no residue glue on clothes or skin. They work will all types of lavalier mics.
This package contains 30 stickers plus 6 windshields in 3 colours (white, grey and black, two each).
Windshields are easy to use and extremely useful for outdoors when the wind is mild. I use different overcovers with longer fur for strong winds.
Overcovers can be used multiple times, stickers only once or sometimes twice.
Overcovers help conceal a lavalier mic and can be used under a t-shirt, what I usually do. Using these overcovers helps me reduce the need for a boom mic and a person holding it.

Perfect for outdoor interviews also you can cut them in half and use them as covers for indoor shoots when the costume is a bit noisy. They help a lot.
