Couldn't do without them...

My journey into analog gear has involved a lot of "aha" moments. The biggest without doubt was turning these units on, putting them on my master bus and playing some tracks through them. Things sound big, glued together, thick, like it was being played on an expensive console and not on my decent but modest home studio system.

Its not just added low end and high end from the silk, but something more.

You have to be careful with them, as they add a lot of weight in the bottom, and you need to know how the controls work. Gainstaging is everything. They can make your music sound stressed and mushy if you don't pay attention to the input level and the balance of saturation and low end bump.

Highly recommended.

Collecting 8 ch summing mixer with these modules...If you need some secret weapon during tracking or mixing you will love it!

This unit (2 of them) is on every mix I do. I can't replicate them with plugins, they do something to the sound that I like a lot. The functionality is as much as needed and its easy to recall. Would love to get a 2 channel rack mastering version in the future

Great product as it adds an extra pleasing layer to the sound. I only wish there was a stereo unit (instead of doing same knob twisting twice).
