Among RockBoard's innovative solutions is "The Tray", which is designed to tackle a common and frustrating issue for pedalboard users: Mounting multiple power supplies on the underside of their board. Thanks to The Tray and its accompanying rivets, this process is now fast and hassle-free. Thanks to its practical and versatile design, the Tray is able to accommodate power supplies of any manufacturer or format.

Simple installation

The Tray, like all of RockBoard's pedalboards, boasts a sturdy cold-rolled aluminium construction, enhanced by a durable black powder-coated finish. This design ensures that it can withstand the demands of everyday touring, including repeated knocks and scrapes. To mount a larger power supply unit with multiple outlets, users simply attach it to The Tray using hook and loop tape. Following this, The Tray's lugs are inserted into the designated slots on the underside of the pedalboard. To secure it, a plastic rivet is inserted by hand into the designated opening on the opposite strut. The expanding rivets lock The Tray firmly in place. Additionally, the aluminium plate of The Tray provides added protection for the power supply, shielding it from external impacts.

Before long, the pedalboard has more effects than the power supply can handle. Enter The Tray, a versatile solution that allows power supplies from RockBoard and other brands to be mounted effortlessly and securely beneath the pedalboard, saving space and simplifying setup.

I never managed to remove these when I needed to change the location of the trays underneath my pedalboard, I always break these Rivets.

I'm sure Rockboard could come up with a better design to be able to remove these without forcing them and eventually breaking them, but it is cheap enough to keep some extra in stock, hence the 3 star.

Cheap replacement

Cheap replacement, for the ones that were delivered with the tray. It's good to have a spare one. When I disconnected the tray the first time, it broke. Maybe a bit to rough from my side, but now I have spares, so probably it won't happen again :)
