This bag offers plenty of protection from small bumps. The padding is thick enough and the bag works. The quality for the price is reasonable but not as good as from reputable manufacturers. Therefore, the surface does not look so great. But this should not affect my opinion the protection of the neck.

After having owned several different Saxophone cases over the years, the one thing I regret to say I may have neglected somewhat is the protection of my crook. Initially I purchased this as a means to protect my crook during transport to and fro gigs, however it very handily has space for a mouth piece which is a fantastic bonus. Great piece for easy protection and transporting safely.

Practical for alto neck and 1 mouthpiece. Good protection. Hook-and-loop fastener is really loud to open - SCRRRRTCH - not very discrete.

So i am using it for my tenor neck and metal mouthpiece. It is really convenient and the velcro works just fine.
The quality of the main material is not very good although the velcro and the stitching is really good. The main material is like a thin layer of felt.
I think it could have been made a lot better Leven for its current price.
If the layer could have been doubled or Leven better stuffed this product world have been awesome.
