Sound and sturdy

Although it's not the most appealing part of your setup, a good cable is essential for your sound. For me, a good cable is a cable you don't have to think about. It's there, it works without any hissing or crackling, and it continues to do so after the first month of warranty has expired. I've only had this cable for a week, so I can't attest to it's long term life span yet, but I have already played two gigs with it, and so far I'm very satisfied. It feels sturdy, has no noise or weird signal loss, and the angled jack makes it feel just that little bit more secured to my bass. That, combined with the very attractive price makes this a definite recommendation for me.

Voor het oog een duurdere kabel. Maar vervolgens gaat deze echt 3 tot 4 keer zo lang mee als een budget variant!

So these cables have a lifetime warranty... good thing, because that's probably going to be useful ! I have had several of these cables die on me after 3-4 years. I would prefer a durable cable than having to use the warranty and send it back to Thomann every 3-4 years... I will probably not be buying Planet Waves cables again.
