This pedal has some great sounds. And works very well in a sterile environment.
But on a live stage, with lots of noices, it is much more difficult to keep the pedal under control.
I have to limit the guitar input volume, to come to good results. And no overdrive or distortion in combination.
The tone- and voice buttons only work for me when they are set to 0.
Otherwise I get no control over the sound, resulting in all kinds of not nice sounding feedback sounds.
I have it put at the end of the effects chain, before it goes to the amp. Tried it also in the effects loop, with same results.
I think the input of guitar and the input of the mike should be set up in more steps.
A good mike helps to come to better results. But does not solve the whole issue ( Shure SM58 Beta )
Still, with all the issues to keep it under control, it is still a usefull effect, specially the modern vocoder and the talkbox settings. It suprises the audience with a complete different sound, where I get very positive feedback about.
So, mixed feelings, great effect, but very difficult to control in live situations.
