Voor het licht werk zijn ze echt ideaal. we zijn met de band in volume gegaan. vandaar licht stokken gezocht en ...... gevonden. ze liggen echt goed in balans.....

I purchased The Full American Jazz Line-up. The AJ5 plays easy and light but has power enough for the accent. I use them on a Roland V-Drum and the feel is perfect. I play drums since the 70ties and back then I played with ?Premier A?, still the best but those days are gone. The American Jazz are for me the first that came as close to the English Premier?s. Nice balance and weight! Perfect rebound! What? Oh, do I have to say something about Thomann? Ok, Cool and professional!

I bought these sticks as I was looking for some thin, light sticks to use for playing at a lower volume in a small church room. The quality is great as you would expect from Vic Firth and they feel really nice in the hand. The response on both skins and cymbals is great and, unlike heaver sticks, you can really tease the lighter tones out of both without having to hold back too much.

I wouldn't recommend these for heavier playing as I doubt they'd hold up for too long but that's not what they're designed for. I don't use these for Jazz playing predominantly myself but they suit the more gentle style of playing that I need to use in an enclosed space.

Great stick, great price.
