Sonor SW1418 B 14" Bronze Wires

Was looking to improve / reduce buzz on Sonor Vintage snare that was shipped with Soundwire SW 1418 S steel version. I initially tried Puresound's bronze version snare wires but Sonor drums are made slightly smaller in diameter the Puresound, although significantly cheaper, simply did not work well and kept choking the reso head.
This Sonor Bronze version, although quite pricey, did the trick and improved my snare sound to my liking. Bonus: comes in a nice wooden box to store a spare snare wire or two.
