I have been using a backing tracks for many major acts in my region (touring as well) and I can tell you that this one is the best one. Here what you can do with it:
- Wirelessly (or with LAN) control it via phone/iPad/PC/Tablet/Mac (Wi-Fi version of the device does not need M-Pen)
- Sync your Full HD videos with your music and have them playing in loop if your videos are shorter. As soon as you hit play, it all starts in sync and end in sync. We use one of the tracks for time cord to send it to lights guy.
- Assign a background defeat picture for the LED screen
- You can choose any video for any backing track. For example, you can choose one video file for as many tracks as you have. You do not need to upload the same video file for each backing track.
- Sync your lyrics via editor for and wirelessly transmit it to up to 5 devises simultaneously (prompt/phone/iPad/Tablet/PC/Mac)
- Same goes for sheet music and charts.
- Change fonts, colors and size for the lyrics
- Use the device as a sound interface (USB 2.0)
- Editor is very good and routing of the tracks and metronome are very clever and intuitive. Easy to learn.
- Volume control for each track of the backing track file
- Separate Stereo tracks into 2 mono tracks for routing and vise verse
- Use it with the Phone Power Bank. Very low power consumption
- Use your phone charger to power it up with Type-C adapter
- Clean, nice sound
One thing to remember. Outputs are TRS Balanced. But I tested it with regular instrument cables, and it works just great too.
