Very poor production!!

I started using these 6 months ago and they were pretty good. The sound is good when it comes using it with the full band. Sound isolation is also very good.
Few days ago i was in a middle of a gig and tried to put them on my ear and suddenly, the right earpiece literally fell apart in my hand where the small wires in it separated. It didn't break anywhere, but apparently the factory glue loosened and it separated at the seam. Now Thomann requested it for inspection which will result in 4-5 weeks without headphones... I will have to buy other ones from different manufacturer.

I hope that this is isolated case but now i have additional cost as i have plenty gigs this summer so i am unable to be without headphones.
Very poor solution from Thomann as well.
